Fantastic customer service from the front desk to the house keeping crew. Very friendly. We stayed for several days, breakfast area gets very busy but there's plenty of seating for everyone. Comfortable beds. Daily housekeeping was a huge plus, after coming in late from work to a clean room was nice. Most hotels we stay at only offer service every 3 days.

One of the nicest Holiday Inn’s I have been to. Very nice meeting room upstairs, and all of the updates in my room were tasteful. The complimentary drinks were nice as well! Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle service that was pretty prompt

Exceptional Hotel. It is probably one of the best hotels I’ve been to First off, from the front desk, to shuttle service drivers, to housekeeping, to breakfast attendants, they were all so very kind. Shout out to Aylin, who promptly checked us in and gave us a hand every time we needed it. Kudos to their service for being top notch Second was the location. It is not far from the North Star Mall (make sure to take a picture with the World’s Largest Cowboy boots) to Chic-fil-A (which is a 10 minute walk) to the airport being 2 minutes away by drive, it is at a great location. There is also an Applebees walking distance away (2 minute walk) Third is that there rooms are tidy, daily housekeeping (which I thought wasn’t a thing anymore) and secure. There is a parking garage that is gated which is always nice. Keep in mind the pool is outside. I went to the fitness centre as well, it was lovely. There are some details such as free complimentary drinks as well as a superb breakfast with options that change daily, which is nice All in all, I’d say I would definitely be willing to go back as well as recommend. The best thing about this hotel is the outstanding customer service from the staff. Every time I have stayed here, I am greeted with a smile. They answer my questions and are very polite and professional.

I like everything about this hotel. The only thing they could do different is to have a breakfast to go (perhaps a breakfast bar, bagel with cream cheese, and a piece of fruit) for those of us who have an early morning flight before breakfast is served.

Love this hotel when we have to fly out of San Antonio. They allow you to leave your vehicle in their covered parking, much less expensive than the airport parking. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff is friendly, the coffee is good and there is a good selection of nearby restaurants.
